The key to Health and Logevity - Maintaining Balance

With the constant barrage of reports on how bad everything is in the world, it's challenging to maintain balance. We can help ourselves by getting things in perspective and understanding that fear only begets more fear. Form follows thought. Our thoughts have real power even if we don't believe they do. Our thoughts and intentions go up and out and return as form made manifest. Most importantly, we are all connected.

There is such a thing as collective consciousness and it is very real. One person thinking a fearful thought does have an effect on the whole whether we realize it or not. Think about the fear that ripples through the stock market based on what one or a handful of people are thinking and saying. Thoughts are like this. They ripple through and affect everyone. We can begin to bring balance to our lives by thoroughly understanding this and being willing to do something about it. What we do on an individual level is important and key. We need to learn how to balance ourselves and move beyond fear mode. Fear is immobilizing and keeps us as victims.

We can balance ourselves on individual levels by first eliminating our fear based thoughts and patterns and belief systems. Examine where these originate from and decide what to do about them. Simply don't invest in fear. There isn't a very good return in doing so. Be willing to work on yourself and not just from the outside, but from the inside. Learn to truly connect mind, body, and spirit. We can read those words and know that we should do this, but perhaps not have an understanding of what this means.

It's simple. We are not just these physical bodies. They are simply vehicles. Your mind and body long for something other than worry and fretting. Recognize and eliminate self-created stress revolving around pieces of paper and material possessions. Make time for physical exercise because your body needs it. Make it a point to meditate even if you don't see the point in it, because your spirit longs for real connection. Your mind, body, and spirit are designed to work together in harmony. And the more you can integrate these, the more balance you achieve, not just for yourself, but for all.

Anxiety robs us blind. It steals the essence of us which is even beyond happiness, it is contentment. We actually have a birthright and it is not the A word or the F word but the H word, happiness. How many truly happy people do you know? What makes them happy? Have you studied what they do and why they do what they do? I have?

These days anxiety and depression are acceptable twin fates. They are flip sides of each other. It is not what to do with these creepy friends we have brought home it is looking at ways to live differently. Release them get new friends

I have spent the last 40 years living very differently than most and I want to share some things I have learned in that life study. Practice does indeed make habits. If your habits are not serving you well it's time to get some new ones and there is no new habit store, so you will have to develop them.

Our breath and our capacity to create uplifting sounds (chants, prayers) are two of the fastest ways I know to shift your energy and align with the essence of you. Combine those with some motion and we get to take our bodies with us. Yeah, body and soul connected the right way! This is the Aquarian age and the body has to come too. The Aquarian age is I know, not the other way around. That was the last age, the Piscean one. So knowing means you have to experience it. I want to give you an experience right now.

Try the following to become more grounded, more relaxed and all in all much more connect to you:

Exercise 1: Cheer for the Self - Empower yourself; be your own cheerleader

  • Standing on tiptoes, extend the arms up above the shoulders with hands and eyes wide open. Say "SA". Next, squat down swinging the arms down and back with eyes and hands closed. Say "TA".
  • Then, stand, with eyes and hands open, swing arms to cross in front of chest. Say "NA".
  • Stay standing tall and swing bent arms back on your side with closed hands and eyes. Say "MA".
  • Repeat the cycle.
Duration: Only 2-3 minutes

This one is great too and you can do this one in your car at your desk, lots of places. Share this with everyone.


Exercise 2: Four Part Breath: Miracle Breath
Break up with overwhelming feelings [Blow your stress away!]

Sit up straight, inhale through the mouth, fill your lungs in four equal parts--start the breath as low as possible in the abdomen. Exhale through the mouth in four equal parts, from the upper chest down. If you feel relaxed you can do this exercise breathing through the nose. Repeat the cycle.

Duration: Only 1-3 minutes

Gift - Instantly reduces stress, so you may see a situation more objectively. Helps dissolve overwhelming feelings.

Exercise 3: Lasso Pose - The energy wrangler

Sit up straight, make fists with your thumbs tucked inside. Move arms wildly overhead in backward circles. All the while, relax shoulders and engage the core to power the arms. Breathe!

Duration: Only 1-2 minutes

Gift - Creates greater clarity and helps being more receptive. Increases heart rate; very energizing.

Anxiety is all about separation because fear is about separation. Soul is about knowing the known and the unknown. Choose early, choose often which one you want -connection and hope or fear and aloneness. All one or alone each minute is a choice. These exercises help you in those moment-to-moment decisions. Choose your soul; choose the god in each moment. "If you can't see God in all, you can't see God at all." What do you truly want to see? Clear the two eyes and look through your third eye. See the unseen and then all the anxiety will look silly to you and you can relax and be you.

The Health Risks of Genetically Modified Foods

After listening to a radio show with Jeffery Smith the author of "Seeds of Deception" the defacto expert on Genetically Modified food, I have only a few words, disgust with a thread of hope.

The health risks of Genetically modified food is astounding. Hundreds of medical conditions are being tied to Genetically Modified food. I know the FDA regulates this, well think again!. This article shows the American public has been doped. Sickening. Literally!

The test on rats, being fed GM potatoes, resulted in some scary results. In just 10 DAYS, the rats had pre-cancerous cell growth, diarrhea, shrinking testicles, intestinal flora destruction, mucus, sickness, the works.

You would think the amount of GM food is small, but based on this GMO food article its more then 50% in some foods: Soy (89%), Cotton (83%), Canola (75%), Corn (61%), Hawaiian papaya (more than 50%).

Aspartame Dangers

After listening to a Radio show about Aspartame, once again I am appalled. I always knew it was a bad ingredient, but it just keeps getting worse.

Aspartame is, by far, the most dangerous substance on the market that is added to foods.

Aspartame is the technical name for the brand names NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, and Equal-Measure. It was discovered by accident in 1965 when James Schlatter, a chemist of G.D. Searle Company, was testing an anti-ulcer drug. Aspartame is composed of 40% aspartic acid, 50% phenylalanine and 10% methanol. Over 75% of all food related complaints received by the FDA are associated with aspartame!!!

Aspartame was approved for dry goods in 1981 and for carbonated beverages in 1983. It was originally approved for dry goods on July 26, 1974, but objections filed by neuroscience researcher Dr John W. Olney and Consumer attorney James Turner in August 1974 as well as investigations of G.D. Searle's research practices caused the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to put approval of aspartame on hold (December 5, 1974). In 1985, Monsanto purchased G.D. Searle and made Searle Pharmaceuticals and The NutraSweet Company separate subsidiaries.

Aspartame accounts for over 75 percent of the adverse reactions to food additives reported to the FDA. Many of these reactions are very serious including seizures and death.(1) A few of the 90 different documented symptoms listed in the report as being caused by aspartame include: Headaches/migraines, dizziness, seizures, nausea, numbness, muscle spasms, weight gain, rashes, depression, fatigue, irritability, tachycardia, insomnia, vision problems, hearing loss, heart palpitations, breathing difficulties, anxiety attacks, slurred speech, loss of taste, tinnitus, vertigo, memory loss, and joint pain. FDA now allows Aspartame in Yogurt to be unlabeled. Its in Vitamins, 2 vaccines (collera and another one) and has many trade names to hide it from you. Its also known as E951, 951, often found in other countries. Other more known names are: Aspartame, NutraSweet, Canderel, Equal.

Aspartame reacts with other chemicals. It kills your brain cells because they become overactive. Its called an ExcitoToxin.

Their are 40 or 50 names for MSG!!! Check out all the sickening MSG pseudo-names at truthinlabeling.org to deceive you from the real thing! Holy crap, this is a war against consumers. They don't care about our health at all. All they care about is the bottom line, more addictions = MORE sales. The FDA says that all they need to do is dilute MSG more then 2% and they can call it something else! That makes me sick. This needs to go into Michael Moore's move Sicko. Sicko II! If it says "Natural and Artificial Flavors" you need to just assume its got MSG or some bad chemical the are masking from you. I love it, whats the use of itemizing an ingredient list, if you are going to sum up a percentage of it? What don't you just put "Natural Ingredients" under Ingredients and call it a day? Save us the pain. Heaven help us. Imagine incremental pain caused by lower health, family pain and medical traumas. Sickening.

Protect yourself, the food conglomerates and the FDA won't. Once again, follow the money.

Financial Calamities Abound - Will it effect you?

Wow, as things erode in the financial world, I am absolutely amazed at the speed, ferocity, and broadness of the financial calamities. If the original founders of Lehman and Bear Sterns would have known what they know today, they may have never started it. To think that 50+ years of sound money could all be erased in about 6 months? Are the so called owners so inept that they don't know how to protect a small stock price and mortgage change? Holy cow, their is only one word for that lack of foresight, its called over leveraging. To much risk, with YOUR Money IN THEIR derivative investments, and when things go bad they go bad. Dam, bankrupt in just a few months. Those poor shareholders and employees of Lehman.

If you think were out of the woods, you are nuts. Just because you have never lived "to tell and experience" doesn't mean it won't happen. Its not in our logic, so most people deny it. Get ready for major financial calamities, bank runs, increased crime, potential bank holidays, and defunct 401's and pension plans. Add to that, a 70 Billion injection today from the FED, the most since 9/11, and the writing is on the wall.

The bottom line is you must prepare, raise cash, get out of the market, and buy some emergency food. I am working on some Organic MREs, or Healthy dehydrated food, but in the meantime go to John Lipscumb great citizens site survivalistseeds.com or go the source by googling "viable seeds" or "heirloom seeds" are the key words so you don't get genetically modified seeds. While many of you think that things are quite rosy, if you really look under the hood, they are not. How many times have we heard about x,y, and z being exposed or sued, because of things they had been doing maliciously for years? Well, that's just the stuff you hear about, think about all the stuff that has yet to come to light, or really has come to light, but just hasn't reached main stream media. Lets face it, there are thousands of powers to be that know that informing you will cost them money. I know, I know, people are usually honest people. Well guess what, your right. But, for example lets say you live in the 50's and all houses were made of bricks. What if you owned a brick laying company and you found out it was cheaper to make houses with wood. Would you tell everyone about it if it basically would kill your income and ruin your way of life because your factory can't switch to manufacturing wood? Of course you wouldn't. Don't you think this reasoning applies to thousands of companies?

Along those lines, if Edison's original light bulb still burns today, yet light bulbs break every day, doesn't that tell you something? Things are made to break.

Bottom line its all about the money. Follow the money trail, and you know the motivation.
