Garlic is another versatile herb that's used for many different things because it's so powerful. Like Cayenne, Garlic will regulate blood pressure levels too, so it can be used for high or low blood pressure problems. Hawthorne is known as a heart herb because it can strengthen and regulate the heart. It is a good herb for lowering blood pressure because it relaxes the blood vessels. Dandelion is another herb which is used for a wide variety of health and wellness issues, but it's quite useful for anemia problems, and it's an excellent choice to use for low blood pressure.
