Obama H1N1 National Emergency - The Boy Who Cried Wolf

President Obaba has declared a National Emergency! Are you kidding me? About 35,000 people die in the US from the flu every year. And 1,000 people die from the Swine Flu, probably some mislabeled flu cases, and he wants to alarm the country with a National Emergency? Are you kidding me?????

Now I bet thousands of people are probably running around in fear getting harmful shots, stressing out, and driving like madmen to pickup their children from school. I bet the stress alone, induces a dozen or so deaths from reckless driving and drug overdose reactions.

Why was this done? Why a national emergency for H1N1 in the first place? The media reports this was done to allow hospitals to bypass federal regulations concerning the setting up of large-scale triage sites. And they are emergency medical camps quickly constructed to deal with large numbers of sick people. Sounds like a half-concocted FEMA camp to me, and we all know what can go on there. I hope its not that, but for more info on that go to FEMA Camp. From National Emergencies Act of 1976 it states:

A federal emergency declaration allows the United States Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to exercise its power to deal with emergency situations ... Typically, a state of emergency empowers the executive to name coordinating officials to deal with the emergency and to override normal administrative processes regarding the passage of administrative rules.

Great, now with the flick of the switch, they get to override and bypass regulations that are there to protect citizens from injustices and bad judgments. Regulations aren't there to give us a pat on the back for good deeds. So great, another potential disaster in the making. I could be wrong, they may be right, Swine Flu may be about to blow up, but, this could also be a total waste of money. Only the body can heal, all the Tamilfu stocks are ready (likely not helpful), and the rest is naturally supporting the immune system when it goes to work. So until the threat of really getting overloaded, this is really a waste, in other words, there is probably a hidden agenda.

Lets face it, this is probably a stunt to endocrinate us on the future. TO make it acceptable later, to test our patience. How do you get people to accept change, but doing it a LITTLE bit at a time. Who's going to argue over a dollar lost? Well do that 10,000 times and who is going to notice they lost 10 Grand. Just about no one. Freedom is lost, one ounce at a time.

Wait until he tries this again, since its really not bad now, next time it will be, "The Boy Who Cried Wolf"!. Most people will tune out the "State of Emergency". Then we really could be in trouble because people won't self-quarantine. Welcome to a crazy new world.

I don't like negativity, so let me say, in the end, I know we all will be fine. Combine human determination, god's help, and the universal energy, we shall endure.
